DOES ACLUE! JEWELRY REPAIR JEWELRY?We ONLY repair jewelry designed by Aclue! Jewelry. A photo of the broken piece will be requested prior to you shipping it to us to confirm that it is one of our designs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?As each piece in the Aclue! Jewelry collections are handmade, please allow 2-7 days for your order to ship. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped. That email will also provide a link with the "tracking number" and the status of your order from the Shipper.

Please attach a photo of the broken piece of jewelry. Following receipt and review of the item, we will send instructions on how to return it. Shipping fees may apply.
